Greek Yogurt Parfait
A creamy, crunchy Greek yogurt parfait with granola, berries, and honey. A five-minute breakfast that feels like a treat.
A yogurt parfait is proof that breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated to feel good. Creamy, protein-rich Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, juicy berries, and a thread of honey. It hits sweet, tart, creamy, and crunchy all at once.
It’s endlessly customizable: swap in whatever fruit is in season, add a spoonful of nut butter or chia seeds, or use maple syrup instead of honey. Assemble it in a jar to take with you.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup berries
Instructions
- Spoon half the Greek yogurt into a glass or bowl.
- Add a layer of granola and a few berries.
- Repeat with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
- Drizzle the honey over the top.
- Serve immediately so the granola stays crunchy.
Equipment
- Glass or bowl
Tips
- Add the granola right before eating. Left to sit in the yogurt, it goes soft fast.
- Use thick, full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest result and the most staying power.
- Layer it in a jar the night before (granola on the side) for a grab-and-go breakfast.
